Following a change in circumstances, our time at Golden Cross came to an end. With our wealth of knowledge, experience, and an established team, we came together to create DRC Damp Repair Centre. Many of our customers may already recognise us from the sales department or service centre at Golden Cross.
Since establishing DRC, we have successfully resolved damp and water ingress issues in numerous caravans and motorhomes within our first year alone. It has been an exciting journey and a rewarding challenge. Our technicians particularly value the opportunity to meet customers face-to-face, share their expertise, and explain repairs in person. Seeing the satisfaction and relief on our customers’ faces when they collect their repaired vehicle is what truly drives us.
Our mission is simple: to help customers get back on the road quickly and safely by resolving damp issues professionally and thoroughly.

We had a problem with our water system, & Rob traced it to an now obsolete faulty switch! His team sourced & fitted a reliable replacement so we could continue our journey. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even fixed our fridge door when, on collecting our caravan, I mentioned it occasionally wouldn’t open correctly.
