Our damp repair procedure includes:

  • Carry out a damp check, on either a specific area requested by the customer, or a full damp check, providing a report of recorded damp readings.
  • Discussion with you, explaining the work to be carried out, followed by an estimate.
  • Only starting work with your consent.
  • Giving the customer a realistic estimated time for completion and collection.
  • A repair will be carried out with great care and attention. Where possible the repair should be finished to match the aesthetics of the rest of the vehicle,
  • Providing all customers with a checklist, followed by photos or videos of the work carried out.
  • We will contact you first for confirmation to continue if any additional work is identified.
  • On collection we will show and explain the work that has been carried out.
  • All our work is backed up with a 12-month in-house warranty, including both parts and labour.
