Our damp repair procedure includes:
- Carry out a damp check, on either a specific area requested by the customer, or a full damp check, providing a report of recorded damp readings only. A full report and estimate including works of repair is an additional cost.
- Discussion with you, explaining the work to be carried out, followed by an estimate.
- Only starting work with your consent.
- Giving the customer a realistic estimated time for completion and collection.

Any timbers or floorboards used in a repair will be treated. Barriers, such as L trims or sealant should be applied where applicable. Any appliances removed during the repair to be tested for operation, including a gas test if necessary.
- Providing all customers with a checklist, followed by photos or videos of the work carried out.
- We will be contacting you for confirmation to continue if additional work is identified.
- On collection we will show and explain the work that has been carried out.
- All our work is backed up with a 12-month in-house warranty, including parts and labour.
Be assured our technicians are fully trained and have a wealth of practical experience in every aspect of caravan and motorhome service and repairs.
