We take responsibility for ensuring the continuity of a good service by offering our own 12 Month in-house warranty. All our water ingress repairs will be covered, for your peace of mind.

We want you to take this opportunity to let you know that if anything were to go wrong, just give us a call and we will quickly plan to have it resolved.

Our Warranty

DRC will guarantee all work carried out on your Caravan or Motorhome with a 12 Month in house Warranty.
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and do all we can to provide customer satisfaction. However in the event of an issue, or complaint please contact us on 01273 459168, or via email at info@damprepairs.co.uk.

What is covered?

All our damp repairs are covered for labour and parts.
All items supplied by DRC will be covered by the Manufactures Warranty.
Only the area of repair is under warranty, and not any other part of the vehicle.

What is not covered?

Accidental damage and damage incurred by a third party.
This warranty will be void if the vehicle is being used for Hire / Loan or Sold to Trade/Public.
This warranty is non-transferable if the vehicle is sold.

I was recommended DRC this summer and was in serious need of a professional company to carry out pretty serious damp repairs to my A class motorhome. (Another company had half heartedly attempted it and not succeeded).

I have now had the majority of the damp repairs carried out by DRC (superb job) and I can honestly say I will NEVER be taking my business anywhere but to DRC.
I am booked back in for final works soon and am so relieved to know that my motorhome will from this day on be in extremely capable hands whenever it’s in need of some TLC.

There are way too many companies out there more than happy to take money from innocent people only to carry out substandard work that doesn’t actually solve the problem and to add insult to injury they don’t even care!

This is where the guys at DRC come in…….. Professional, highly skilled, honest, reliable, genuine, conscientious, caring and great fun!
